Covid-19 Client Statement

We are taking the Covid-19 outbreak very seriously and are following best practice advice.

Before your appointment

1. If you are well, please come for your appointment as normal and at appointment time.
2. Please do not come in for your appointment if you are feeling un-well or have been told to self-isolate. Call us and let us know, as soon as possible, even if it is just before your appointment time. We will do our very best to rebook your appointment once you are feeling better.
3. The cancellation policy is not being enforced for Covid-19 related symptoms, so you will not be charged for late cancellation in this instance.

At the salon

1. On arrival, please wear a face mask and wash your hands by using anti-bacterial soap and water or using the provided hand sanitizer.
2. We will thoroughly clean/disinfect each unit and all tools between clients.
3. Maintain social distancing – Whilst it may not be possible to maintain a safe distance during your treatment, at all other times please ensure that you comply with social distancing and stay 1+ metres apart from other clients and staff.
4. We have extended our use of single use products where necessary.
5. Refreshments will still be available but we will be using biodegradable disposable cups.
6. We will carry out a deep clean of the salon every day.
